CityPlace Weekly Events Guide: Live Music, Yoga, Runs & Brunch
CityPlace has enough recurring plans to rescue a quiet week: live music, workouts, brunch and a very convenient amount of food nearby.
CityPlace is one of downtown’s easiest places to build a plan because the activity and the meal can happen within the same few blocks. The recurring calendar moves between live music, fitness and food, which means the answer to “what are we doing?” can be pleasantly low effort.
Start with the recurring calendar
Check CityPlace Live Music for an easy evening anchor. Wellness options include Yoga with Jade Wonzo, HIIT with Traphouse and Sunrise Yoga with 1 Fitness.
Because these programs recur, the individual date and registration details matter. Open the event page on the day you plan to go instead of relying on the screenshot your friend sent three weeks ago.
The live-music night
Book dinner before the music at Felice West Palm Beach, True Food Kitchen or Galley. If the group is undecided, browse the CityPlace neighborhood listings and choose by walking distance.
Leave enough time to find the performance area and settle in. A reservation five minutes before the first song is technically a plan, just not a relaxing one.
The workout-plus-brunch morning
Pair a yoga or HIIT event with Sunday Brunch at Mezze or Weekend Brunch at Il Pastaio. Bring water, check whether a mat is required and confirm registration before arriving.
If you want a lighter post-workout meal, True Food Kitchen is an obvious directory stop to investigate. If you completed burpees voluntarily, however, order what makes you happy. Balance has many forms.
The weekday reset
A midweek class or live-music set is often easier than waiting for Saturday. Park once, attend the event, walk the district and add one food stop. The area also connects easily to the Kravis Center, so check the full events calendar before choosing the night.
Three ready-made CityPlace plans
For a low-key date, pair live music with one dinner reservation. For a friend morning, choose yoga or HIIT, then brunch. For a solo reset, attend a class, grab coffee and browse without building an itinerary that requires a clipboard.
Allow extra time when a Kravis Center performance, convention or major downtown event overlaps your visit. Garages and restaurants can fill even when the lawn program itself is free.
What to bring
Fitness events may require a mat, towel, water or advance waiver. Music events may have different seating rules. Read the event detail page, then pack only what the program actually requests.
